The agent

Varra

A general-purpose reasoning-and-retrieval engine — the same category as Claude, not a feature bolted onto one product. Varra decides for itself when a claim needs live verification and when a plain answer is enough, and it keeps that same temperament on every surface it runs on.

The first surface

Lucentra

AI-integrated smart glasses — an in-lens HUD for live object identification, captioning, translation, and navigation. Sourced through an established hardware partner, so the software is proven before a single unit ships.

How we think

Four decisions, not four slogans.

01 Trust over confidence Most AI optimizes for sounding sure. Varra is built to know when to defer — verified data overrides a guess wherever being wrong has real consequences.
02 Judgment, not volume Every response is sized for a device with no room for a wall of text. That constraint forces precision — no hiding an uncertain answer behind extra words.
03 Retrieval with restraint Live lookups happen only when a question actually needs one — not on every query by default, and not never.
04 Hardware-agnostic by design Varra doesn't know or care which device it's talking to. That means no single manufacturer, and no single hardware generation, ever defines it.
